A good employer overall, but

Pros

Ten years ago, DHL ITS Prague was one of the top IT firms in Prague, that any IT specialist would like to work for. But many things on IT job market have changed in these last ten years and the company seems to be adapting slowly to the new trends. Yet the company remains among the better employers to work for.

Cons

Career progress tends be slow in certain departments. As in any other large corporate, some internal company processes are pain to follow due to administrative overhead.
