      Pros

      Great colleagues. Challenging and fun tasks. Great vibe while working with open-minded people. The company has a lot of international people which creates a great culture in some divisions.

      Cons

      My supervisor doesn't have good management skills. I don't get the room or permission to implement new, digitalized tools into the project. I don't get the chance to present my work. My contribution to the project doesn't get recognized by our team because my supervisor doesn't point them out.

      Good products and people. They are in a good space in regards to the ecommerce industry. Wide portfolio of products which is beneficial when it comes to sales.

      Cons

      Typical corporate environment that is micro managed to the point of excess. The brand name had been tainted in the past due to poor corporate decisions in the past.
