      Challenging projects and freedom of expression

      Pros

      Very interesting project - everything revolves around the ERP system that supports a great logistic effort on a global scale. Teammates and people from other departments are very nice and helpful with introduction in the working process. Freedom to choose and discuss the development tools for the job. Overall great development experience with agile methodology in place, nice CI/CD pipelines.

      Cons

      Not much cons - the office location is near the airport, but since the pandemic 100% remote office policy is in place.
