Pros
On-boarding process was smooth. Got a good team to start team with. Pure development work. Even being newbie to the team Manager nominated for certification.
Cons
It depends on your manager My manager was good so I never faced any problem But one of my junior faced alot of hardships because of management issues. He was over-worked. On weekends and also on holidays.
