Work environment is bearable but very bad compensation
Pros
Work environment is good enough. People are working from home mostly. But it all depends on team and project. This is more like a goverment job and people spend more than 8 years here.
Cons
They are very cheap in terms of compensation. Not team lunch, never ever in my 3 years of journey. No annual hike or promotion. They always say this year business was not good. They barely give any hike. In first year I got a hike. Then nothing in second year. In the starting of third year they gave a promotion. Then at the end of same year they denied hikes for people who got promotion after december 2023. Just a clever way to not give any hike. They do not have any fixed time period of hikes. My first hike was effective from october 2022, 2nd year hike based on promotion was effective from January 2024 ( start of 3rd year basically), then 3rd year hike which I did not got will be effective from december 2024. Variable pay they do not give properly. They will deduct some money with some stupid reason. And the total amount is also not much. Some 5% of your ctc. In festival times, there is no extra bonus, no sweets, no gifts, nothing. HR will send some DXC utsav emails which is useless. That is it. And they pay very less compared to other companies. So if someone wants to earn good money then this is not the place. Work from home comes with its cons, basically you need to be available all the time. Company politics is here but at senior level. Juinor level it depends on teammates. They have mostly projects from banking and insurance industry.
