Pros
There are some good people within DXC that can teach you alot, but this does not outweigh the many cons to working here Pension and healthcare are decent but again do not make up for the cons below

Poor Graduate program Middle management are a vessel for upper management and have little to no information, this causes miscommunication to employees and creates unclear prospects and misrepresented information Salary far below average Hard work not rewarded (salary increase only keeps up with inflation - if you are lucky enough to get one) Review process highly flawed and subjective Bonus is tiny if you are eligible Too much emphasis placed on creating videos to show how great the graduate community is instead of actually focusing on the graduates themselves.
