Pros
Can't think of any, but among all the cons you can always learn something and improve your career. Very flexible working hours, if you are looking for a place where you can retire, this might be it. Most of the people you find here are good.
Cons
Job security is worst, not sure about other companies, but it shouldn't be like this. Lot of new ideas are coming but they are implemented in a proper way, which pretty much sums the main problem: implementation If you are looking for a place, where you can learn and grow, certainly not a place. If a person goes a little over his limits to do some work, he doesn't get an appreciation, what he gets is more and more work from higher management, which creates a negative impact, not saying this is always the case but most of the time I have seen this happen.
