Career progression, pay, and management quality are major weaknesses here. I experienced poor leadership, inconsistent treatment, and a culture that often felt biased and unsupportive. Promotion discussions happened multiple times over the years but resulted in no concrete action. Salaries are at the lower end for the workload expected. It was frustrating to hear that promotions were limited due to budget while seeing frequent bulk hiring of new graduates. There are good teams the Scotland department in particular had a positive culture but overall my experience was negative and I would not recommend the company for long-term career growth.
