No career advancement, we’re made to stay on the same role for more than 10 years. The managers/ leadership also remained in the same role for more than 10 years. Everything is stagnant here.

I have had ONE salary increase (1.6%) in the 12 years I have been employed. All annual reviews are "meets all, exceeds some" with one "Exceeds all" rating. This really means I am earning less than when hired in 2011. Usually I am told there are no increases within the company for that particular year and this year I was told there were increases but only for the "exceeds all" which is extremely rare to achieve. rating.
