Pros

Traces of decency with some employees who kept up a minimum level of self esteem.

Cons

A lot; management by dictatorship combined with incompetence. Business model is slashing employees while overselling to existing clients, knowingly taking into account that clients will turn to other supplers. Digital on paper, mid-20th century in style. No hope unless CEO and his buddies leave. RIsk that until then the whole organization is busted.

Maybe if you can work in USPS federal systems - you may have some job security, get some experience and leave for more money.

Cons

No job security Management only cares about the stock performance Employees - no matter how many years worked, or how excellent the performance and all disposable Short term thinking - only quarter to quarter thinking - a slave to wall street. No pay increases / advancements for 5 years ! even with great performance reviews!

Work life balance - 100% remote and you can decide when to work Possibility to learn on learning platforms for free

Cons

Weird team, not very friendly, boring tasks, bad management, bad communication No Christmas parties, no presents, no team buildings, but if then you have to always pay for yourself Sometimes old equipment (if you order a new laptop for example, you will get a used one) Hard to get a raise (almost impossible)
