      Pros

      It inherited the culture of HP/HPE way back. So if you are familiar with it, you can feel you are in a safe space (even though there are numerous workload, escalated issues and management problem). Well those exists in all company anyway. And experience differs per person. There is no perfect role. There is no perfect company.

      Cons

      Monetary benefit (like bonuses or salary increases) were disappointing back then.
