Pros
Permanent Work from home. Good for fresher who needs a start in his career ( get the hell out of here after completing 1 year)
Cons
No promotion even after working for 5 years, promotion depends on manager. If manager is biased then forget about the promotion. There is yearly appraisal. There is no HR and their framework is not Employee friendly. No fixed appraisal or promotion cycle. No monetary reward for working beyond shift hours, they say we have to do it because it a client requirement . Permanent Night Shift Job ( Currently working in Insurance Industry) No company sponsored trips or annual get together, if you want you can fund the trip by adding your own hard earned money.
