No pros to be honest. Maybe decent work life balance but that’s it

Cons

Leave the company if you can/do not apply. You are exploited heavily by being underpaid and they still expect you to do the work of a senior. Projects are always failing, issues with clients, zero progression, zero salary rises, demotivated teams. Awful projects where your role is not clear. The manager doesn’t even know what your role is and just assigns you any project that is available just for the sake of billabilty. Good for a first job but you should be looking to leave after the 2 years are up unless you want to kill your career as a new graduate
