Pros
Little to no experience needed to get in as evident per job descriptions. Allows you to get familiar with enterprise IT Environments. Good idea to use as an initial stepping stone if you're a recent graduate or transitioning from a different field and have little to no experience.
Cons
Unspoken promotion rules, can't get more than 30% salary increase in a year. Overtime paid out using an extremely convoluted quarterly process - e.g. you do 30 hrs overtime during April, May and June, you get them paid in July. Nobody knows what they're doing. Common practice is to rely on the years of experience as per the CV, while doing nothing - therefore achievements and being a fast learner is not adequately compensated.
