There is no growth - I have gone through 4 projects in 3 years and for each one I had to learn new technology without solidifying my knowledge and learning new concepts. There is a lack of organization in the projects, which combined with their simplicity, prevents moving up from a junior level. There are no clear requirements for a promotion, which happens too rarely anyway.

You can outperform in your role for years and be denied promotions/pay increases if corporate can’t find the funds (they won’t).
