      Backed by HPE Personnel are invaluable to the company, high technical aptitude was present at the onset of the new spin merge Pay is somewhat competitive, though raises are non existent

      Cons

      Backed by an aging silicon dinosaur that has split, spun, merged, and downsized multiple business units repeatedly over the past 5 years. Company feels less like a functional corporation, but more of a financial instrument.

      Very flexible work environment. No push from manager.Very laid back culture. 9-4:30 work schedule. Cannot think more about the pros

      It is my first job out of college. No one cares about you in this company. They pay me very low salary and trainings are very limited. People will push the work to each other and complain each other. New graduates are treated like **. For my past year, I have not learned anything. Just a waste of time here. New graduates, please stay away from this company.
