worst resignation policy. Absolutely mean to an employee with challenging situations. Zero respect and zero understanding. I had a very challenging situation due to which i urgently needed to exit the firm. Although my manager agreed to reduce the notice period, she asked me to pay the notice period shortfall. Despite submitting legal proofs of my challenging situation she said she is bound by the company policy. I mean come on, what kind of organisation does this to someone. They charged me full salary of two months. All my hard earned money and my gratuity money was flushed. They seriously snatched away all my money of two months despite knowing my situation. It is their fault of not keeping right resources and options and planning for worst case scenario.
