      They don't have a proper management system, The upper management is toxic as they have been in senior position for a long time with no real movement making them dead wood, and giving no opportunity for anyone to have a career growth. And as agents were promoted back in the day with no proper training for managerial roles that don't know how to talk or how to handle situations they just YELL at you if you prove them wrong. That have no proper process trainers at all. I recommend work for a year while doing studies or something else, then move on and no need to mention that to DXC.
