No salary review and no promotion. Only people will get promotion if manager likes you doesn't matter if work is being done or not. No appreciation for the work done. Seniors will just sit and enjoy only juniors have to do all the work and seniors will take all the credit. Only female employees get promotions and appreciation, no matter if you do exceptional work even out of your job role no one notices. Sometimes have to work out of your qorking hours on Saturday and sunday for seniors and seniors only will get allowance not the juionrs who also worked. No work life balance - If oncall then literally have to be available 24/7 . No backup or secondary oncall as they refused to pay secondary or backup oncall person
