It is my first job out of college. No one cares about you in this company. They pay me very low salary and trainings are very limited. People will push the work to each other and complain each other. New graduates are treated like **. For my past year, I have not learned anything. Just a waste of time here. New graduates, please stay away from this company.

They have good clients in bangalore

Cons

Don't waste your talent with this company. Worst management. No appraisal and no information on it. If you ask what is going on with your appraisal, manager says he does not know. every year they don't give variable pay. Employee working with client location are fully isolated, on your own. No support form CSC management. Even no source of discussion as well. Pathetic company. I have never seen the company like that existing in IT. I don't understand how people completes 3-4 years with such a company without hike and without variable pay. I suggest, if someone get another offer which is 2 lakh less than CSC offer, better choose the other one.
