Through mergers and acquisitions, DXC has managed to amass a workforce of mostly talented people who still have passion for the products they're making.

Cons

Senior management's only concern is the bottom line. There is the constant threat of cuts and redundancies. Unrealistic sales targets. Organization is permeated by micromanagement. No raises, ever. No benefits.

-Only client visits and no projects literally none. -Dirty politics. -Fake promises. -No hike -Layoffs -No recognitions. -Worthless management. -Many resignations as employees are feeling there are zero opportunities for growth.
