      1. Meet good people here and eventually become friends 2. Eventually grow and know what is your preferred working culture in your life 3. Learn a lot of useful tips here like how to cope great stress , taichi , lying and bragging

      Cons

      1. Do everything but nothing really related to sales 2. Prepare power point slides for everything even though for small suggestion 3. Management side claimed that they are people centered but keep interfering in staff's work and micromanaging in everything 4. Expanding jobscopes to compensate others’works 5. Miscommunication between each department always occur

      Pros

      Very nice new headquarters. Adequate benefits. . Some good and kind colleagues in the Company. Steep learning curve so a good boot camp workplace to gain skills and a thick skin.

      Cons

      Cannot speak for the company as a whole. In my department, top down management style. Highly bureaucratic with very little process in place. Inept managers that micromanage, bully and intimidate and create an all around unhealthy and dysfunctional environment. Zero flexibility without work life balance. Long hours and extremely demanding workload. High pressure with zero concern for employee welfare. One of the most passive aggressive and horrid work environments I have ever set foot in with zero gratitude for challenging work environment during a pandemic. Managers set unrealistic expectations and set you up for failure.
