      There's a ton of benefits - Food allowances - Medical coverage (employee and dependent) - Dental and optical - Car's loan subsidy - House's loan subsidy - Hefty annual increment - 3 months yearly bonus (average)

      Cons

      - It is a manufacturing company, thus it related heavily with production. Even as an engineer, dealing with production is a must.
