Great management that really cares about your growth and visibility, takes you to all meetings and suggests relevant courses you could take at Daikin online university

Cons

- Salary was a bit below market - Strong hierarchy, where the company gets goals set by Japan HQ and then you have to meet them, and those goals are often unrealistically high and don't take into account your local situation. Then management is looking for ways to explain why such high goals weren't met
