      Pros

      Great place to learn HVAC systems, depending on how much you are willing to learn, Great exposure to people in the construction line in Malaysia

      Cons

      Poor benefits, management feels like a headless chicken. All growth planned for short term rather then long term.

      Pros

      Friendly people. Nicely furnished. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Some inept co-workers performing below expectations still keep their jobs because Managers are too afraid to confront them. Lack of personal recognition. HR? -Don't even know who they are . Not a female-friendly company and they pay females less for same positions held by men. Lack of investment in technology.

      Pros

      Its a job, if you can drive a forklift or clamp in that environment, you can drive it anywhere.

      Cons

      No bonuses, last year instead of giving employees a cost of living raise, they gave a lump sum check which was heavily taxed. Poor set up, inconsistent management. No employee recongnition.
