      Pros

      Able to learn and experience a plethora of things in a short amount of time. Exposure to not just design, but also the hands-on part of engineering in HVAC. Many helpful and friendly colleagues and superiors.

      Cons

      Management often has split opinions on project directions.

      Mentor here are very-supportive. They push and help you to your fullest potential. They are decent work-life balance here (it is also seasonal, depending on your project cycle).

      Cons

      Salary and increment are too low to compete with the job market at the moment. Every 2-3 years there will be massive talent lost in the company due to this.
