Pros

It actually has been, until now, the greatest experience on my career as a developer, here in DA I'm constantly growing, I have amazing and professional colleagues from who I learn everyday, we take the necessary time to figure out the best way to give to our customers the best solution. I am thankful for being here. I also work with people from different parts of the globe. I have the best PM I've ever had the chance to work with too. HR team is amazing, they are always aware of everything we need, the food at the office is delicious. DA ROCKS!

Cons

I haven't figured out any yet.

Pros

It's easy to work, management is not bad, there is almost no overwork, a good social package, friendly environment, and good people.

Cons

High chance of having 0 team members at your location due to high distribution, quite long trial period with no real projects, my first one was in the third month of work. An average co-worker is a car owner, a family man with children, thus it's hard to find any friends.

Hello! Thank you for the review. Distributed teams are the essence of DataArt working style, that's how we live here. You could be the only one person in the project in your location, but still, there are a lot of people around, how about finding a match in common interests, not geography? Regarding the absence of projects during the trial period, it's rather a rare case. It means you are a great specialist and you were hired despite the fact there was no suitable project at that moment. DataArt accepts people for the company, not the project. If the project ends you go to the other one or wait for the other one without losing your compensation. An average age of DataArt employee is 31 years, in DataArt Odessa it's 30. We are pretty surprised to hear that it’s hard to find friends in Odessa dev centre. We consider them to be the hardest party animals around all our locations. Thus we strongly recommend you to get in closer touch with local PR manager Marina, she is always in the middle of different activities and knows everything about everyone's interests.
