      They promote independence, you create your own path. They promote teamwork.

      Cons

      Like with many big companies, bureaucracy can creep in. The culture is very meeting oriented, particularly for those working remotely.

We believe that meetings help to plan and structure the work of each team properly. However, if you find it impractical to attend a series of meetings, discuss it with the team — you’ll most likely find a compromise. We struggle to minimize unnecessary bureaucracy in our working routine. We encourage our colleagues who have unpleasant experiences to speak out to location or project management. We have internal procedures aimed at solving such issues.

      I work at DatAart as a Senior Software Engineer. My role involves writing and testing code, requirement analysis, system design, as well as mentoring and onboarding newcomers. One of the key advantages of working at DatAart is the management's loyalty. The company offers a wide range of internal courses for professional development, along with insurance and other benefits, making DatAart an attractive place to work. As for the work-life balance, it largely depends on the specific project. In my case, there have been no issues with overtime, allowing for a healthy balance. Overall, I rate my experience at DatAart as positive. The company provides a stable environment for growth and development, while there is potential for improvement in terms of project diversity and financial terms. I recommend DatAart as a place where one can develop professionally, finding support and understanding from management.

      Cons

      The number of projects is limited, and the salary here is somewhat below market average. There are also challenges with relocation, which seems to be a consequence of the overall market situation, rather than a unique issue with the company.
