      As cliche as it sounds, they earnestly care about their employees.

      Cons

      What projects you get on, whether you can move around, etc etc is a roll of the dice. Sometimes you just get stuck.

      lots of legacy projects, DataArt Solutions excels in many areas, one aspect to consider is that as the company grows, there may be a corresponding increase in bureaucracy.
