The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or
an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills
and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development
center manager.
If you are dissatisfied with company culture you are free to speak out or escalate the problem to
project or local management.
