      I have no idea what consider like pros

      Cons

      Bad salaries and relocation opportunities as well. The company prefer to extremaly reduce costs and for them it's easier to fire you if are not ok for that.

If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.

      Pros

      There are lots of different projects for different clients inside of Dataart; it is easy to switch from one domain (Travel/Telecom etc) to another (Banking/Gaming/Health etc)

      Cons

      Many strange managers with strange English; not all ppl in a manager chain are professionals; big bureaucracy; there are individuals who will help you and solve the problem but its rather shining exceptions than regular workflow
