      Cons

      While the company offers competitive salaries, the compensation does not always match the top level seen in the market. Additionally, in some projects dealing with legacy codebases can be a challenge, and the nature of some short-term projects means there's occasional uncertainty about transitioning to new assignments.

      Cons

      Not big salary. Do not give perfect laptop for work, and in Serbia not have program 'give u money for buying laptop'

The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager. You can contact your local HR Manager if you need a monitor for home.
