      - pretty interesting projects - good staring point for students

      Cons

      Super flat company's hierarchy so you have push yourself and promote as match as possible. No one will care about your reassessment or help with skills building if you won't do it yourself. For each salary review or new project you have to redo your soft/hard skills reassessment which might also affect your compensation by reducing it.
