      Little bureaucracy, flexible hours, working from home, nice office, lots of English

      Cons

      The decisions made by certain executives are somewhat questionable, it feels as if people are promoted because of managers' likes and dislikes, not because of what a person can really do. This is subjective and might be restricted to one particular project, but still, I feel I need to mention it.
