Pros
In a word, transparency is unprecedented! The projects range from startups to corporations. If feel like you need to shake things, it's easy to switch project. "People first" motto is a consistent part of the operations here that I see over and over. They save feel-good talk for internal events :)
Cons
Lack of internal products, but as a consultancy it probably means focus on clients. Still sad to leave every time a nice project is over. Flat structure is cool but has its learning curve.
