Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry, that the project didn't match your expectations.

      Truly allows you to be yourself and doesn't try to bring in social norms and progressive think states into the workplace. Let's you be you.

      Cons

      Very raw in processes and procedures. No stated commission policy, good old boy network at times with internal referrals. Limited inspirational leadership
