Pros

The office is nice and comfortable, Everyone can get a friend group here. If the employee doesn't have a project they must spend that IDLE time learning new skills which is really nice.

Cons

The projects come and go, salary freeze for over 2.5 years, not official salary reviews happen in secret. Company doesn't value its employees unless they reach out with offer from another company which is the only way of a salary raise. Salary cut offs. Toxic environment from management side. The flat structure is a myth just like the career growth option. No annual bonuses cuz those are included in salary. If an employee gets a new qualification it doesn't mean his salary would increase properly but he would be asked to work for 2-4 months so is salary would increase 30% of what was expected while his responsibilities will increase the next day. The anonymous surveys include information of sender and some ex colleagues were call the talk to head HR for their honest question.

Thank you for being with DataArt for more than 3 years and for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the office environment and the opportunity to learn new skills during bench time. We’re sorry to hear your concerns about compensation and career growth. While compensation reviews have been limited in recent years due to market conditions, employees can always initiate a review through our internal system or discuss it with their HR Manager. We do not support informal or “secret” practices, transparency and fairness are important to us. Regarding your note on management and flat structure, we regret that your experience felt different from our intentions. Feedback from surveys is reviewed carefully, and anonymity is a priority. If you felt uncomfortable, that is something we take very seriously. Thank you again for your contribution during your time with us. Your feedback helps us improve, and we wish you the very best in your future career.
