Thanks for your feedback, we’re happy that you like projects you work on and benefits for employees. We believe that meetings help to properly plan and structure the work of each team. However, if you find it impractical to attend a series of meetings, discuss it with the team — you’ll most likely find a compromise.

Great Place to Work

Pros

DataArt has successfully implemented flat hierarchies in its workflow. It works great, yet requires each employee to possess self-management skills and proactiveness. There is no micromanagement (at least in the majority of the teams). The top-managers' communication is very straightforward and clear. That was extremely important during the corona crisis.

Cons

That is the wrong place if you need coaching, help with understanding the priorities, etc. There are no planned salary reviews, you need to initiate yours. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within both technical and managerial path,  yet no one will push you, thus you should be an assertive and communicative person to feel good here.
