As aa Dataart employee you can join different projects from different industries. Which can enrich your career. HR does an excelent work, also company offers tech/soft skills trainings in regular basis.

Cons

Salary increase in not hard to get but employee must request it. Company could have some program to offer increases before hand.

In comparison to other companies, DA shows a good level of support for colleagues. They do not terminate employees by default and have a fairly idle period.

Cons

Sometimes salary/compensation negotiations are tough

Mature company with lots of accumulated expertise, great people and the most important the general approach - people first. This is not just a label just invented by BOD, this is the strategy the company has been following for decades. It really feels in internal processes and approaches.

Cons

Sometimes can be messy due to "startup approach" and flat structure, although it seems to be improving now.
