      In general great, but still some nuances

      Pros

      - management is opened for any deal that you can even imagine: part time, full time involvement, etc. - they can help you to become speaker at any conference. - positive atmosphere in general everywhere, no toxic people at all.

      Cons

      - everything is strongly depending on your project, you can work with really great team and client, but sometimes not and you need to put out the fire because of different reasons, sometimes not so clear to you. - they prefer to work with you as individual entrepreneur. - they will not buy you computer with price bigger than average.
