      Pros

      Hybrid work setup, flexibility, international team, good benefits package. You may find stability. Workations for 3 months per year.

      Cons

      Usually if you are unlucky you won't find projects to get to be staffed for months so you have to be on bench/idle. You may be staffed in 2-3 different projects (1 hour, 5hrs, 2hrs) and you end up working 10-14 hrs per day. A lot of multitasking, context switching, endless calls, etc..

      The company itself, being an outsource, is a good competitor on the market. You can benefit in growth & compensation, if you put efforts in it.

      Cons

      Many things really depend on the project you join, as well as the office you work from / belong to.
