      Hello! Thank you for the feedback and for the 5 stars. We really appreciate. Regarding the management, we must admit that the flat structure we practice creates both benefits and problems. We strive to have more benefits than problems, but it's an everyday work of improvement.

      More than 8 years with DataArt, wow! Thank you for being part of the team for such a long period of time! Regarding the customers, it's always a tough part of the work as far as people are very different. Our team lead from Kyiv Misha Serdiuk has recently given a talk on finding a common language with different types of customers. Contact him if you are interested in, Misha is both an efficient leader and a philosopher, so that could be an interesting conversation.
