- Very relaxing environment. - Challenging projects to work on - Possibility of WFH - Possibility of growing inside the company - Self development in the career path - Using of latest technologies on the market. - Happy hours arranged by the company. - Meetups organized by the company

Cons

- In Buenos Aires the office is located in one of the busiest neighborhoods - Office could be bigger.

Corporate values doesn't suits everyone. There are no manager to guide you.

Pros

Quite a big company, located in few countries/cities + Not so hard to change project you've been working on, if you don't really like situation on your current + coffee, fruits, office management is really good

Cons

can't really say it a cons, it's just a specifics of big company with many distinct projects and managers: people are different. Some managers or co-workers from both company and/or customer's side may be... tough to work with. but, as I said: you can always try to change your project, at least you can talk to HR and/or head office manager
