      Pros

      Modern company, modern technologies. All world wide standarts such as fruits and vegetables, health insurance, possibility to work from home, from time to time, free schedule.

      Cons

      Openspace sometimes doesn't allow to concentrate.

      Great IT company to work at!

      Pros

      For me DataArt represents almost a perfect example of a good employer: friendly but structured; not pushing, but supportive; with lots of benefits that are not a part of your salary, but in addition to it. 5 years spent in the company, not a single regret. One of the examples that I'll always remember - when there was a need to cut expenses in the crisis of 2008, the company did everything they could to minimize lay offs. As an employee I appreciated it a lot.

      Cons

      Not many to note, but I'd state that you're extremely free working here, and if you're not good with self-discipline, you won't be pushed too much, and you won't achieve much as the result. So it's all up to you!
