      Great company with a flat structure

      Pros

      Flat, non-hierarchical structure, where CEOs are sitting next to other employees. Everybody can ask anything. Company values are logical and very appealing for me - main here is the employees, and the company itself is a bunch of employees, that want to live in peace with each other and collectively give themself some way to earn money. Paradoxically, this paradigm still works despite the constant growth of the company

      No production offices in the Western Europe or in the USA

      The best place for people who would like to have stable job with good salary, and works with world-known companies as the developer.

      Sometimes it is too boring to work on big legacy code.
