      Pros

      The work environment is very positive and so far I've been able to have a great work-life balance. Overall the projects seem to be challenging and fun. There's a great variety of healthy office snacks.

      Cons

      Some day to day processes can be seen as bureaucratic (although this is not uncommon in companies this size).

      Pros

      Great people, Unique culture and truly supportive management team. Management is more interested in creating a great company, satisfying employees and clients and not into squeezing for profits. The company is growing very quick, added nearly 500 ppl to the company in the last 2 years. Great place to work and they invest in their employees. Probably the best company I have worked for, success is in your grasp without a need to be cut-throat.

      Cons

      Hard to figure out how the company works when you first start, they need a better on-boarding program.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, great opportunities to study technologies if you are idle. There are opportunity to work on a LARGE project for a really well-known brand like Warner Music Group. Shower, mini-gym. Nice internal project management system.

      Cons

      Open space means 50 people in one big space, all on different projects with different skills. For newcomers most co-workers are strangers. No secure bike parking(!) and no expectations for overcoming this, unfortunately.
