Pros
In general the company is a great place to work in Russia or Ukrain (locations that I'm closly familiar with). Interview process though depends quite a lot on a person that would interview you, is well-organized. Programming excersize is a good idea to test. You can be sure that the project will be a match to your skills. Though if you don't like the project at all, you can discuss it with management and look for another one.
Cons
Openspace, but it's for most compaies today. Projects are not always new development, quite a lot of projects that involve a lot of support. DMs, PMs management is usually good, but depends on a concrete person.
