      - Good place to start the carrier. But just to start... - Excellent internal culture, events, people management. - Flexible internal rules, company is ready to adapt for employees needs.

      Cons

      - Compensation is not competitive compared to product companies. - Most of the projects are quite monotonous and uniform.
