Thanks for the feedback! The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager. We encourage our colleagues who have unpleasant experience, to speak out to location or project management. We have internal procedures aimed at solving such issues.

Pros

-Globally, it is a great company with strong processes and culture - Good Salary, above the market, and company provides all the tools to raise it - A lot of professionals that can share experience

Cons

- if the project not in your time zone, then it causes discomfort - DataArt works with you as a sole entrepreneur, so you have to pay taxes yourself and manage all the staff as a legal entity, although DataArt compensate all the taxes and provide you advisers and materials that support you, it is your responsibility to do everything right and on time and it's not comfortable - no doubt in the Kazakhstani market it is the most or one of the most well paying and well organized companies, but local back office disappointed me much. Locally they work not that efficient and great as their peers in European offices. - War between Russia and Ukraine changed a lot, and I have no evidences but I've heard people built 100% ukrainian teams, that ment for me that I am less preferable candidate for project( although I'm not russian) - I felt bias in favor of ukrainian peers, it didn't caused me problems or obstacles in anyway, but felt not good - I left company due to low interest from Delivery managers from Europe due to time zone difference and its fair but HR made very little to keep me, again I have no evidence but I felt like HR had KPI to reduce number of people waiting for projects - no work-life balance
