      Pros

      Personal growth, work-life balance, good relationship between employees, support any good activity

      Cons

      Some projects could be not interesting for you, but it seems that it is a problem for any outsourcing company Also some times it could be very stressfull

      Pros

      Good as a first job to gain experience. Or for people without a family. Overall the team is good and quite professional.

      Cons

      Managers promote their wives, give little or no information about what's going on in the company. The salary is average, but no insuarnce, no pension plan at all. The statements that people who work hard will be rewarded are not hold true. Management don't treat fairly thosee who they don't like personally.
